Last updated: . This Return Policy explains how Bonesbrightau handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for relaxation kits purchased through bonesbrightau.pro or via our Melbourne studio.
1. Products Covered
This policy applies to physical calm kits including the Five-Minute Reset Card Deck, Desk Calm Breathing Guide + Timer, and Evening Unwind Routine Journal listed on restful-kits.html. Digital audio access supplied with kits is non-returnable once download links are issued, except where required by law.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a kit purchase, you may return unused items within fourteen calendar days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided:
- Items are in original condition with all cards, timers, journals, and packaging intact;
- Proof of purchase is supplied (order email or receipt);
- Digital companion codes have not been redeemed or shared;
- You notify us through the reach-out page before sending goods back.
Change-of-mind returns exclude shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to remedies if products are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match descriptions on bonesbrightau.ddd. Contact us promptly with photos of the issue. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Major failures may entitle you to choose between replacement and refund.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage;
- Items marked as final sale on your invoice;
- Custom-printed team kits once production has started, unless defective;
- Gift cards or workshop deposits after the scheduled session has occurred.
5. Return Process
To start a return:

- Receive a return authorization with mailing instructions;
- Pack items securely to prevent bending of cards or damage to timers;
- Ship to the address provided by our team within seven days of authorization.
Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.
6. Refunds and Processing Times
After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Bank processing may add additional time. Partial refunds apply if items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection or if components are missing.
7. Exchanges
If you prefer a different kit of equal value, we can exchange subject to stock availability. Price differences for higher-value kits require payment of the balance before dispatch of the replacement.
8. Shipping Damage
Inspect parcels upon delivery. Report visible damage within forty-eight hours with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange replacement parts or full kit replacement at no charge when courier damage is confirmed.
9. In-Studio Purchases
Items bought at 40/37-39 Albert Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004 may be returned in person within fourteen days with receipt. Studio returns follow the same condition requirements as online orders.
10. Coaching Sessions
Prepaid coaching sessions may be rescheduled with twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations inside twenty-four hours may forfeit the session fee unless we can reallocate the slot. This section does not limit your non-excludable rights under consumer law.
11. Care and Warranty Support
Timers include a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Journals and cards are consumable wellness tools; natural wear from daily use is not a defect. Refer to care instructions included with each kit.
